They are very friendly have a great service and tore department also great salses staff
I bought my last 2 vehicles from Vaughn chevrolet in Bunkie. I told the service manager, Mr. Joel, they need to figure out a way to give the service staff credit for the sale. Because their service department is what keeps me going back buying vehicles from them.
Very efficient in waiting on customers, from checking in for service and also in checking out upon leaving; courteous and friendly staff
Only reason it got one star is because it didn't have 0 this doesn't make any sense I've been trying to reach service department all morning no one answers. If u need a vehicle do not come hear every vehicle I know a family member bought is not worth a d***.this is the second time I'm bringing my car back and haven't been able to reach them. I get an hassle everytime I just want to explode. They don't return calls and very unfriendly the commercial is a front DON'T GO HERE!!!!! Do not read previous reviews because it's prolly family and employees because everyone I know wish they could call and curse they ass out and bring there car bck. Very frustrating
